I work alot and because of this I do not have a chance to always make good food choices. Mainly because I have to eat on the run. That is why I keep alot of rich protein foods in my desk now, and even in my purse. Just in case I get a craving and want to grab a bite to eat. Grabbing a protein bar is better than grabbing a 1,000 calorie cheeseburger. I will not be sick later from it either.
Alot of people ask me why I do not just get a salad. Well, the answer is simple, a salad is not a real good on the go food. And if I am stopping in for a bite to eat, I want it to be quick. I do not want to have to sit there and eat an entire salad. I am doing better, so maybe someday I will get to eat a whole salad.
